If I have a problem, how do I contact Druzedate.com?
To contact us at druzedate.com, click on the 'Contact Us' button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to contact us by E-mail.
You may contact us for any reason. For example:
- Forgot your username or password
Having trouble filling out your profile form
- Never received an E-mail notifying you that your profile or your subscription has been approved and posted
- You can contact us at any time and we will try and respond to your E-mail in a very timely manner.
How do I create a personal profile?
You can click on create a FREE profile on the home
page and you will automatically be moved to the page to register and create your
profile. After answering all the questions on the profile form and click the SUBMIT
BUTTON at the bottom of the page. This will save your data and submit your profile.
Once submitted, your profile will not immediately appear on Druzedate.com. It will
be reviewed within 24 hours and you will receive notification by E-mail as soon
as it is approved and posted.
*If, for some reason, you do not answer all the profile questions at the time, you can always visit Druzedate.com later (at your convenience) to fill out the rest
of the profile questions. To do that simply follow these directions:
- First, log in to Druzedate using your username
and password.
- Then click on UPDATE YOUR PROFILE and your profile
page will appear.
- Answer the profile questions which you did not
finish before and click on20‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the profile.
- Your profile will be saved and submitted.
- Once your profile is submitted it will be reviewed
within 24 hrs. and you will be immediately notified by E-mail when it is approved
and posted.
What is the difference between 'Creating a Free Profile'? and Becoming a Subscribing
Member?
When you create a Free Profile and have it posted you will NOT be able to search other profiles or send E-mails to any Druzedate member.
But when you SUBSCRIBE you can search all profiles and E-mail or respond to E-mails
from all members. To subscribe Click on the ''SUBSCRIBE” button on the upper right hand corner of the HOME page, subscribe and start meeting Druze singles all over the world.
When someone E-mails me, where does the E-mail go? And is it confidential?
When a member sends you an E-mail message, it goes straight to the E-mail address you used in creating your profile. His or her E-mail
address will not appear in the E-mail messages you receive, nor your E-mail address
will appear when you respond to their E-mail message. All correspondence between members remains completely confidential. You never have to give out any personal information until you choose to do so.
How do do I modify or delete my profile?
- First, log in to Druzedate using your PROFILE username
and password.
- Then click on UPDATE YOUR PROFILE and your profile
page will appear. Make all the changes you want and then click on UPDATE PROFILE
button at the bottom of your profile. If you do not click on the UPDATE PROFILE
button you will lose all modifications you MADE.
- Once the modified profile is submitted,
your modified profile will not immediately appear on Druzedate.com. It will be reviewed
within 24 hrs and when it is approved and reposted you will receive notification
by E-mail.
To Delete your Existing Profile: Click on the 'Delete' button at the bottom of your profile and we will be notified that you wish to delete
your profile. We will then delete your username and E-mail information at the same
time we delete your profile. This way you will be able to return to Druzedate.com in the future to set up a new profile under the same E-mail address if you choose
to do so.
How do I change my e-mail address, password and/or my personal contact information?
